Outstanding rated schools are not inspected routinely. Her Majesty's Inspector (HMI) Dan Lambert explains why, and what happens when we do inspect them.
Dan Lambert is one of Her Majesty's Inspectors. He was previously a headteacher in the primary sector and holds qualified teacher status. Dan has worked in a range of schools and phases and has worked as an independent adviser for Pupil Premium. He has particular expertise in computing, geography and mathematics.
