Victor Shafiee is Deputy Director, Unregistered and Independent Schools. He is a qualified further education lecturer. Victor has a Master’s degree in education and holds a postgraduate qualification in management. He was a college manager with extensive experience of teaching management and leadership. He leads work-based learning inspections of independent providers and employers. He currently has responsibility for the delivery of the national work-based learning inspection programme.
